The 51st Convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be held on the 19th November 2025 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall for the conferment of degrees. 

 
Eligible graduands are required to submit the supplication form.
	

Deadline for accepting the supplication forms - 08-Oct-2025.
	
Supplication forms will not be accepted after this deadline for any reason. Names will be listed on absentia those who did not submit before the deadline.

	
Follow the below steps to submit the supplication form
	

		
 Login to your account in PCBS. Login
		
 Click "Convocation App" in "Other" menu
	

Convocation Fee
	

		
Postgraduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate (in person):      Rs. 10,500/-

		
Postgraduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate (in absentia):    Rs. 10,500/-

		
Refundable Cloak Fee: Rs. 5,000/-

Steps to be followed in doing payment
	

	
Visit the following web page
	
University Payment System
	
Select “Internal Student”
	
Enter “NIC” number and select “Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce” under “Faculty”
	
In Income Type, correctly select the reason of payment (Convocation Fees/Refundable Cloak Fee)
	
You have to pay separately for Convocation Fee and  Refundable Cloak Fee.
	

		
If you visit a bank branch and make payment
			 

				 
Select “Slip Deposit”
Fill in the bank deposit slip as shown on the screen
			 
		
If pays by card select “Credit Card Payment”

	   
	
	
	
	
Important:
	

	
It is important to enter your National ID number, Income Type and Amount correctly when making payments.
	
For your reference please keep the bank receipts for the payment of the convocation fee & Refundable Cloak fee. (yellow copies for the bank payment/generated payment slips for online payment)
